The Supported Employment program at CAST Enterprises is geared toward assisting people to work in a community integrated work setting. We do this by providing coaching, assistance, mentoring, financial planning and benefits management, and accessing public and private resources. Support is gradually phased out as the individual gains the necessary vocational skills and experience to work independently.
